The KS3ARG-02D series stands as a state-of-the-art solid-state angular rate sensor (gyro) designed for precise angular rate measurement. Leveraging micromechanoelectronic system (MEMS) technology chips produced through bipolar metal oxide semiconductor (BIMOS) technology and incorporating a spherical grid arrangement of current carrier welding technology, this sensor guarantees high reliability and rugged packaging. Equipped with a Self-Test function for in-machine detection (BIT), as well as zero bias calibration, temperature drift compensation, wide measurement range, wide bandwidth, non-linear correction, and other functionalities, it excels in a wide operating temperature range, compact size, light weight, and impressive resistance to impact acceleration.
Positioned as a pivotal inertial measurement component, this product offers extensive applicability in a range of technical pursuits. Its utilization extends to intelligent automotive systems, geological exploration ventures, robotic applications, missile guidance and control systems, aircraft stability control mechanisms, strapdown inertial navigation solutions, antenna stabilization tasks, cameras, and various other technical domains.
